The Metering Service Provider
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Test Manual is in ZIP
format and is a set of files containing implementation
guides, data dictionaries and other materials necessary
for testing and transmission of documents pertaining to
implementation of Metering Service Unbundling. Each
Metering Service Provider must successfully complete the
EDI testing program to establish a business relationship
with ComEd.
