| Notification of Emergency Violation of IDC Rules | ||
| Integrated Distribution Company (IDC) rules provides that in times of an emergency, ComEd may take any actions necessary to protect the public health and safety or electric system integrity and reliability. If under non-emergency situations such actions would constitute violations of the IDC rules, ComEd is to file written reports with the Illinois Commerce Commission and publicly post such reports. | ||
