Customer Data FAQ Answers your questions regarding customer data, different forms of customer data, and how to access them.

Customer Data Forms To obtain a form to request historical data that can either be mailed in or faxed. Customers with recording-type meters can get half-hourly interval data using this request form. There is a payment of $22 for every active interval-recording demand meter on the account. 

Summary Data This type will include actual demand, total kilowatt-hours and current dollar amounts on a monthly account summary for up to 24 months. When requesting summary data via the Internet, the summary data report will include the meter bill group number, which is used to schedule the meter reading date for each month of the year. This meter bill group number can be found on the meter reading schedule on the Non-residential Customer Information page.

This will provide Summary Data at the account level. If Summary Data at the meter level is needed, you must contact ComEd’s Electric Supplier Services Department at 1-877-4-ComEd-1 or e-mail at ESSD@exeloncorp.com.


Interval Data Customers with recording-type meters can get half-hourly interval data upon request and payment of $22 for every active interval-recording demand meter on the account.
