| Meter Reading Schedule | This site contains a meter
reading schedule. Readings are scheduled monthly
for each meter, based on a 21 day reading cycle. Each
account has a meter bill group number that corresponds
to a meter reading date. Retail Electric Supplier (RES)
can obtain the meter bill group
number from this web site when they request summary
data. |

Each
customer bill issued by ComEd has definitions on the back of the
bill. This document illustrates those definitions. |

| Billing Services-Budget Billing |
With Budget Billing, the customer
pays the same amount each month to allow for easier
budgeting. Monthly payments are the average of the past
12 monthly bills. Every three months, usage will be
re-evaluated and the budget amount may be adjusted. At
the end of each billing year, the account is balanced
with a charge or a credit adjustment. Signing up is
easy. Call
