is the customer choice process at ComEd and it was created to help make customer choice work
efficiently in Northern Illinois. This means providing non-discriminatory access to our
delivery system and helping smooth the transition to customer choice that began October 1,
1999. A dedicated PowerPath team has been working with suppliers, customer representatives
and regulatory staff to develop ComEd's Implementation Plans and to design the processes
that will be used. In addition to developing processes, ComEd has
committed itself to providing customers and suppliers with as much information as
possible. Here you will find specific
